Retail/Fashion Specialty Clothing Lifestyle Brand Wardrobe
FLAVNT Streetwear (pronounced ''flaunt'') is a small LGBTQIA+ clothing line founded by twin siblings Chris and Courtney Rhodes in 2014. Chris is a trans man and Courtney is a lesbian, so when they decided they wanted to put their graphic design skills and screenprinting experience to work it was only natural they wanted to make apparel for their community. Aside from tees, sweatshirts, stickers, hats, etc. FLAVNT brought a game-changing chest binder to the market in 2016 -- introducing their Bareskin Binder -- the first binder at the time available in a range of skin tones (and racerback) to make the binder market more inclusive. The message at FLAVNT is all about spreading confidence and pride and self-love all while giving back. Through fundraising partnerships, 15% of sales are donated to trans individuals seeking gender-affirming surgeries, and in the last 7 years FLAVNT has helped raise nearly $30,000 for 13 different trans individuals.
