Now, she leverages her expertise to offer professional learning and development services, helping businesses embrace diversity and drive impactful change. I’m no stranger to unsupportive, hostile, and dysfunctional work environments. I have experienced misogyny, sexual harassment, apathetic leaders and instability. Because I have survived and thrived in a multitude of different workplace cultures, I spend a lot of time thinking about how I can help more companies engage and empower their employees through JOY based DEI programming and consulting.

My vision is to disrupt our current model by creating a society of workplace culture based on joy, empowerment and balance. I am so committed to this dream that I became a licensed facilitator of the Joy|Money Matrix™ in July and combined it with my existing programs to create The JOYFull BadAss at Work Experience™.
